 Research Assistant positions (involving Semiconductor Device Design & Computational Modeling or Device Characterization & Fabrication or building Novel Experiments) for projects in the following areas are available in my group:

1. Gallium Nitride HEMT / Wide Bandgap Semiconductors

2. 2D Materials Electronics & Optoelectronics

3. Neuromorphic Device

M-Tech degree in a relevant field (or B-Tech from top institutes working in the semiconductor industry) is a must for the position. The candidate must have strong foundations in subjects like semiconductor device physics, solid-state physics, etc. Those who have an interest in pursuing PhD are highly encouraged to apply.
